Established in 2017
Ninja Window Cleaning was founded with the intention of running an ethical and productive business, well organized and optimized.
By using smart and practical administrative tools, we can ensure that the entire business from top to bottom is well coordinated and valuable time is not wasted.
In the service industry, it has almost become fashionable to do as little as possible as long as “the customer doesn’t notice”. This is not our philosophy. We don’t cut corners, neither for our customers nor within our own group.
To have any chance of honest success, a basic starting point is to provide a caring and responsible service and keep the business well organized to prevent foolish mistakes.
We are not without fault, but we value the basic work ethic and strive for improvement. Our goals are set high, but without them we have no guiding star to build the culture and work ethic that so many companies lack today

What makes us different?

It’s hard to achieve your goals without a proper plan and a properly organized group. In that regard, we invest a lot of time to ensure that our company is structured and runs in a way that allows a clear understanding of what each person’s role is in the company, ensuring transparency and easy-to-understand communications within, resulting in a well-coordinated group from top to bottom and vice versa.
Employees are taught basic organizational structure and skills, including how to measure their own actual value and productivity.
Statistics are learned and used, making it easier for both management and individual employees to measure progress and achievement of work goals. Statistics provide an illustrative and transparent picture of business health and viability.
Creating a winning and thriving work environment is as much the responsibility of management as anyone within it.
We are a very international group, speaking Danish, English, Hungarian, Italian and French.
Price vs. Standards
We refuse to hire the “cheapest workers” and pay them the lowest wage. Our employees are paid fairly based on their skills and productivity.
As our focus is very much on quality delivery and good customer service, we sometimes find ourselves losing a deal or contract due to larger cleaning companies underbidding by paying their employees far less than what is fair – “cheap labor”. This is unfortunate. We try to avoid this trap.
Yes, we have competitive prices, but if we undercut ourselves, everyone loses in the long run.
Good workers deserve a good wage, and they are worth it. By supporting us, you also ensure that skilled workers get the pay they deserve and this keeps the window cleaning market in a healthy state.
Our core functions
We have three main areas of focus:
Traditional window cleaning, with and without machines.
Technically more challenging window cleaning (may also require certified permits) such as larger institutions, work that requires lifting or rope work, cleaning special or antique windows, etc.
Services that complement our skills, where customers could choose us as a cheaper alternative instead of expensive routes. Such services could be cleaning gutters on the roof, cleaning large signs, etc.
